This position provides assistance during Miami EcoAdventure's annual special event "Vamos A Pescar." Please note that age requirements vary between events, and not all tasks are suitable for volunteers under 18 years old.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide staff support during special events
- Set up stations before the event and clean up after the event
- Greeting guests and assisting with visitor flow
- Assist exhibitors
- Trash Collection
Qualifications: This requires interactions with the public, being accustomed to Florida's humid/warm outdoor environment, and standing throughout the shift.
Commitment Expected: Event volunteers are expected to volunteer for 8 hours.
