Description

Setup (shift 1) 9:30am - 1:30pm, Box Meal provided (Help set up for the event. Setting up auction items, setting up decor, putting centerpieces together and on tables. More details to come.)

Setup (shift 2) 1:30pm - 5:30pm Box Meal Provided (Help set up for the event. Setting up auction items, setting up decor, putting centerpieces together and on tables. More details to come.)

Registration 6pm - 10pm Box Meal Provided (Help check people into the event, give them their table number, a description of what to expect, and let them know about the auction. After a rush of people come in and throughout the night, serve as a floater/ support at registration in case anyone has any questions, etc. More details to come.)

Floater 5:30 - 10:30 pm Box Meal Provided (Help out during the event by helping collect pledge cards and answer questions during donations (when CEO makes an ask), Help auction leads with closing out auction, etc. More details to come.)-NEED 17 PEOPLE TO HELP FOR THIS.

Clean up Crew 11pm - 1:30am Snacks Provided (Help take down centerpieces, put auction items away. More details to come.)
