College Internship Program
Information:
At NVEEE, part-time and full-time internships are available year-round and can be entirely virtual or hybrid. Students are eligible to receive volunteer, internship, and academic course credits if applicable.
Administrative Committee
Description:
The Administrative Committee assists with NVEEE’s daily office operations. This committee helps NVEEE and all committees function efficiently.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Uploading onboarding materials to its database and sharing them with staff and volunteers.
- Assisting with data entry and updating databases.
- Assisting with note-taking during meetings.
- Entering and assigning Asana tasks.
- Moderating the Slack channel.
- Completing service hour verification letters for students and volunteers.
- Garnering an understanding of the most frequently asked questions and creating a resource with answers.
- Responding to inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff and resources.
- Assisting the Volunteer Recruitment Committee in managing the internship program, including updating listings.
