Giving Day - One Day, One U

One Day, One U is the University of Miami’s fourth annual giving day where we call on all ’Canes to come together for a 24-hour fundraising event to make a positive impact and transform lives through education, research, innovation, and service. By focusing on the needs of different areas of the University, we commit ourselves to address health, educational, and environmental disparities so that all members of our community— regardless of where they start in life—have equal access to the opportunity of being a Miami Hurricane. With your participation, YOU can make a difference for your fellow 'Canes. As a student ambassador, you will become an advocate, helping the ‘Canes story come to life and asking others to join you in sustaining a brighter future for our students. Spread the word by sharing Giving Day content through your medium of choice – email, phone, social media, or even in-person – and ask your friends, family, and fellow ’Canes to join us.
