- Assist in the creation of email campaigns (e-blasts) to promote Florida Grand Opera productions, subscription packages, and special events
- Draft compelling content to drive engagement and ticket sales
- Coordinate with the marketing and box office teams to target the appropriate segments of the patron database
- Schedule and send e-blasts according to the performance and sales calendar
- Track and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Maintain the email content calendar and support the integration of email with other marketing efforts
- Provide general support to the marketing and sales teams as needed
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for persuasive and engaging content
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms or a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with design principles or tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Interest in performing arts and nonprofit communications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Gain experience in digital marketing and targeted communications within a professional arts organization
