Come join SeaKeepers at Margaret Pace Park for a coastal cleanup on Saturday, December 13, from 9am-11am.
In order to participate in the cleanup, all volunteers must complete the mandatory Liability and Appearance Release Waiver.
In celebration of the season of giving, SeaKeepers will be supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots drive held by one of our local DISCOVERY Vessel captains. We encourage any volunteers who are interested and able to donate a new, unwrapped toy to share the holiday spirit with children who are less fortunate. Gently used toys will also be accepted and donated to The Lotus House Women's Shelter to be distributed to women and children within our community.
Volunteers should bring:
- Close toed shoes
- Sun protective clothing
- Full reusable water bottle (no single-use plastics please!)
- Hat and sunglasses
- Bug spray and sunscreen
We will provide:
- Gloves
- Pickers
- Buckets
- Water refills
- Community Service Hour certificates
