- To assist people to wholeness
- And to nurture an awareness of their relationship with God
Our Vision Statement
Strive to improve the health, independence and spiritual life of the elderly, the poor, and the needy in the Archdiocese, through innovative and proactive approaches to:
- Managing care and providing services;
- Facilitating transitions across levels of care;
- Community partnerships and collaboration;
- Advocacy efforts.
Our Values
We believe our first responsibility is to our patients, residents, our families and all others who use our services. We will render our services with skill, compassion, and respect for human dignity, regardless of race, creed or religious affiliation. We believe in the Judaic-Christian tradition that God is present in life and that each person is a manifestation of the sacredness of human life.
Our second responsibility is to our employees, the men, and women who enable us to care for our patients and clients. We will respect our employees’ dignity, recognize their merit and value their contributions to Catholic Health Services. We will provide the resources to uphold their dedication to excellence.
Our third responsibility is to our community. We understand that our responsibility extends beyond the physical walls of our building and into our communities. We will serve to the best of our financial ability – those unable to afford.
Our final responsibility is to the future. We will be faithful stewards of our resources to preserve our ability to carry out our Mission and serve our communities for generations to come.
