Nicklaus Children's Hospital

Founded in 1950, Nicklaus Children's Hospital, formerly Miami Children's Hospital, has a mission to inspire hope and promote lifelong health by providing the best care to every child.

Volunteers contribute in many ways providing comfort, care and unexpected joy to the children and families in the hospital, as well as supporting the professional staff. We are excited and want to thank you for your interest in wanting to volunteer at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. The Volunteer Resources Department orients, interviews, trains and places all qualified who want to volunteer. We enthusiastically welcome individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
