Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.
Support the coordination of special projects, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with staff on interdepartmental operations, gaining exposure to artistic planning, marketing campaigns, donor relations, and production logistics.
Participate in organizational planning efforts, helping ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.
Help manage internal systems and processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency.
Provide key administrative support to senior leadership on high-level initiatives and projects.
Conduct research, draft correspondence, and assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Arts Administration, Business, Music, Communications, or related field).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional and polished demeanor.
High level of discretion, maturity, and reliability when handling sensitive information.
A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in performing arts and nonprofit administration; prior experience in an office or arts setting is a plus.
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends during performances or special events.
