- Scan and digitally archive Florida Grand Opera’s historical documents.
- Organize and catalog digital files to ensure accessibility and long-term preservation.
- Handle fragile, original materials with care and adhere to archival best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of digitized content and assist in metadata creation.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure quality control and consistency across archived materials.
- Support special archival or research projects as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with scanning equipment and file management.
- Interest in archival work, history, or the arts.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or digital asset management tools is a plus.
